Excellent Coffee
At Café Oasis we take particular pride in the quality of our coffee - the boss product tests so often that he is now something of a caffeine addict.
It is often said that coffee making is an art, but in reality it is more of a science, in the sense that there are many wrong ways to make coffee but really only one correct way. There are a number of factors that go into making a good coffee - freshness of the beans, cleanliness of the machine, using correct quantities, consistency of the grind, quite apart from using a quality bean in the first place. In all of these areas we like to think that we offer a better product than the so called specialist coffee chains, at a better price.
For Cappuccino and Latte there is also the small matter of milk frothing technique, one of the boss's particular hobbyhorses. Suffice it to say that we will not serve you milk that was frothed 10 minutes earlier - at times this may result in a queue, but our regular customers seem to think that is a worthwhile trade off.
